Welcome to my newborn photography page, where simplicity meets elegance.
My newborn photography style is all about capturing the beauty of natural moments. I focus on genuine expressions and candid interactions. I do not do heavily posed positions, I feel babies are at their best just being their adorable selves. Soft natural colors, relaxed baby led sessions. There is no need for you to worry about posing, my style is all about families just being themselves, creating timeless images that families will cherish forever.
The first few weeks as a new parent are a whirlwind of emotions and experiences. From the joy of holding your baby for the first time to the challenges of sleepless nights! Being a mum of 3 myself I appreciate what it is like for parents but also for siblings, some take to their new role as big brother or sister quickly but others take longer or they can be camera shy or unsure around strangers, these are all things I understand and take in to account to ensure everyone is relaxed and happy. My role is to provide a calm enjoyable experience for parents, siblings and of course baby, and to capture this incredible moment without you feeling stressed.
The process

Book your Newborn shoot as early on as possible as I limit how many I take each month to give each shoot my full attention. Ideally book after your 20 week scan, as we do not know exactly when baby will arrive I pencil in my diary 7-10 days after your due date. When baby arrives just ping me a quick message and we can then confirm the date and time.

To book I take an £80 deposit which is non refundable and secures your date, this gets taken off your final session price

We can discuss any ideas you have prior to the shoot, clothing advice or worries you have.

I will take beautiful photos of you and your family, which I will then professionally edit to a high standard whilst keeping them natural

You will receive your watermarked private gallery 10-14 days after the shoot

Choose which package you would like and any extras and pay the remaining balance

We can discuss in person after the shoot if you would like your photos framed etc

Receive your photos as per your order
What is included:
So all my newborn shoots are run the same, the difference in pricing just reflects your chosen items whether you choose digitals only, prints or albums.

Duration of the shoot is 2-3 hours to allow plenty of time for baby feeding, changing, settling and for the shoot to feel relaxed and not rushed

full access to mum and baby wardrobe- I have some gorgeous handmade baby outfits that have been selected from all over the world and beautiful dresses that are comfortable and flattering post birth and easy to breast feed in. The last thing mums want to be doing is worrying what to wear. Further styling tips are given prior to your shoot.

All sessions include photos with both parents individually and together, baby on his/her own and siblings are also warmly invited to join in but not pressured

Relaxed baby led sessions, I do not do heavy baby posing

Photos are lovingly edited, I take a lot of time to professionally edit your photos whilst keeping you looking your natural self. Babies often have rashes, marks after birth these can all be magically removed or left if you prefer we can discuss this at your session

Private online watermarked gallery delivered 10-14 days after your shoot where you can decide which package you would like

Your gallery stays online for 6 months so if you want to purchase further photos later on you will have the chance to do this
You will have full access to all newborn clothes, blankets and my beautiful maternity dresses also work perfectly for newborn shoots.

Pricing
The session price is £200 this includes the £80 deposit you pay at booking. This price covers your session and my editing time but does not include any products. The remaining £120 is to be paid once you have received your watermarked gallery and have chosen your packages from the list below, so you add the remaining £120 to what you choose below and that is your remaining total balance.

Winged Folio
Winged Folios are a stunning option with two or three prints, presented beautifully in a small folio.
Beautifully handmade and wrapped with suede, vegan leather, hessian or linen Cover options in various colors.
